Conor Miller Joins FOCUS Investment Banking as Managing Director

With over 20 years of executive leadership, M&A expertise, and business strategy experience, Conor strengthens FOCUS’s capabilities across multiple industry sectors, including Power Systems & Renewables, Outdoor Products & eCommerce, Advanced Manufacturing, and Telecommunications & Digital Media.

Conor brings a proven track record of delivering transformative outcomes for clients and guiding complex transactions to successful completion. As the founder
of xStrategy, he advised entrepreneurs on maximizing their exit strategies, specializing in buy-side and sell-side engagements to achieve optimal transaction
value and alignment with clients’ long-term goals.

His prior leadership roles include serving as Chief Operating Officer at Zamp Solar, where he led the company’s transformation into a market-leading off-grid solar manufacturer. Conor drove operational scaling, expanded intellectual property portfolios, and strategically positioned the company for acquisition by Dometic. Following the acquisition, he continued as a Business Unit Director and COO at Dometic Group, managing global integration strategies and product innovations
within the Mobile Power Solutions segment.
