Henry Roth

Henry Roth joined FOCUS’s team in 2026 as a Principal and has experience across financial advisory and operations. He brings extensive execution experience across M&A buy-side and sell-side transactions, restructuring mandates, debt and equity raises, and IPO processes.

Previously, Henry was an Investment Banking Associate at Lazard in London. During his tenure at Lazard, he was involved in various assignments across financial services, fintech, software, industrials and real estate.

In addition to his corporate finance background, Henry has operator experience as a company founder. Prior to joining FOCUS, he co-founded a B2B promotional merchandise manufacturer, and a pet care services provider, leading the go-to-market strategies and scaling of the operations.

Henry graduated from Imperial College London with First Class Honours (BSc).
