Nick Laver

Nick Laver is a tax lawyer with significant experience advising high-net-worth individuals, family businesses, entrepreneurs and family offices. Nick’s work often relates to estate planning, structures (corporate investment structures, trusts, partnerships and other vehicles), family business succession and establishing family offices. Nick also has experience dealing with mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on pre-sale shareholder structuring.

Prior to joining FOCUS Tax Partners, Nick worked for Deloitte Ireland and a large commercial law firm in the UK. Nick is a qualified solicitor in Ireland and England (non-practicing), a chartered tax advisor and a member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners.
