Shane O’Connor

Shane O’Connor, a FOCUS Assistant Manager, has been involved in numerous equity, M&A and debt transactions. Shane has significant experience in providing a range of transaction services including due diligence, valuations, financial modeling and strategic planning.

Shane has gained exposure to various industries including technology, medical, hospitality and retail.

Prior to joining FOCUS, Shane spent 4 years in EY’s financial services audit department working on a wide range of wealth and asset management clients to small Section 110 companies.

Shane qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2022 having previously graduated from University of Limerick with a B.A. in International Business in 2018.
