Greg Daly Consulting Engineers (GDCL) has been acquired by ORS

Dublin, Ireland (October, 2025) – FOCUS provided sell-side advisory services to Greg Daly Consulting Engineers (GDCL) on its acquisition by ORS.

Founded in 1991, GDCL is a well-established civil and structural engineering consultancy with a strong track record across Ireland, Europe, Asia and the United States.

ORS Group is a leading Irish multidisciplinary building consultancy, delivering expert advice across design, planning, management, and sustainability.

This transaction marks an exciting new chapter as GDCL joins ORS to further strengthen their civil and structural engineering capability, marking another important step in ORS’s growth strategy, supported by erisbeg.
