CFE Group is acquired by CPM

Dublin, Ireland (May, 2026) – FOCUS Capital Partners has advised CFE Group on its acquisition by CPM.

CFE Group, founded in 1996 and based in Kerry, is an aftermarket equipment and engineering specialist to the animal feed and biomass industries across Ireland, the UK and Europe.

CPM is a global leader in the manufacture of pelleting equipment to the animal feed, biomass and renewable energy sectors, headquartered in the USA.

CPM will employ CFE’s aftermarket model internationally to create new opportunities for innovation, expansion and continued growth for customers, employees and stakeholders.

Sell-side advisory was led by Brian Barrett and Alan Kelly at FOCUS Capital Partners, with tax advisory by FOCUS Tax Partners.
